The Primo Oval Junior is a Medium-Large Size model with all the benefits of our original Oval ceramic benefits. Though we call it a "junior" model, you can get up to 370 sq/in of cooking surface with it.

Cradle:
The Medal Cradle Cart fits the Oval Junior Grill and Smoker. This Cradle can accommodate Stainless Steel Side Tables (4 casters / 2 locking)
Firebox Cast Iron Divider:
This is truly Primo at its best. This heavy cast iron piece fits perfectly in the center of your Oval Junior. Use it for simultaneous direct/indirect cooking methods or for small uses. No other ceramic grills offer this feature. *Optional
Upper Extended Cooking Racks:
Maximize all the space of the Oval Junior by using these extended racks. By using both racks, you may extend the capacity of the Junior to 370 sq/inches. These extended racks ranks high among the serious ceramic chefs. *Optional
Lower Drip Pan Racks:
Sold individually, these racks allow you to place aluminum pans to catch all that flavored juice form your favorite meat. Use them with an aluminum pan for indirect cooking. *Optional
HEAT DEFLECTOR PLATES
Whether you're slow-roasting a turkey, baking chocolate chip cookies or smoking salmon, the Primo ceramic Heat Deflector Plates will truly enrich your indirect cooking experience on a Primo grill and smoker. Set both d-shaped plates side-by-side on your Lower/Drip Pan Racks (sold separately) to transform the entire grill into an oven, smoker or roaster.
ASH TOOL
Even though these grills are extremely efficient, you'll need to rake the ashes out of your grill from time to time. This is a needed tool.
GRILL LIFTER
Use the Primo Grill Lifter to safely and easily lift hot cooking grids, Lower/Drip-Pan Racks and Upper Extended Cooking Racks to and from the grill.
CHICKEN & TURKEY SITTERS
Made out of durable, high quality ceramic and sold individually, these chicken and turkey sitters will give you more than the traditional "beer can" cooking method. Their hollow center allows you to fill them with beer, wine or apple juice. Simply add your spices and enjoy your poultry.
